• A like for like replacement vehicle will be provided to you while yours is being repaired (within 24 hours if your vehicle is not drivable)

• Your insurance policy will not be affected

• No excess to be paid

• Your vehicle will be safely repaired at an approved centre

• All costs recovered from the fault party’s insurance company so you have nothing to pay
